All prices listed are accurate to the best of our ability. In the rare case an item is mis-listed, FALSEHAVEN© reserves the right to refuse to sell the item at the listed price.
Please note that upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically mailed confirming the purchase intent.

This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit.

Please further note that FALSEHAVEN©. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, FALSEAHAVEN© shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

How much does shipping cost?

-We charge a flat rate of €9 for all orders within the borders of Denmark and that encludes a tracking no.

Orders are shipped via Post Denmark. Free shipping is applied for domestic orders over €90.

Do you ship worldwide?

-Yes, we now ship worldwide, for prices, please add your wanted item into the basket and proceed to check out.

Diffrent shipping methods and prices will be available upon finalizing your purchase.

Currencies

-FALSEHAVEN© Cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging the € Euros to any other currency.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

-Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing and shipment, and an additional 2-4 business days for delivery.

Keep in mind that International orders may take 7 days longer.

When are particular items released?

-All of our items have have set release dates.

We do not leak information regarding as to when products will become available or how much they will cost prior to the release. Please sign up for the mailing list and recieve newsletters occasionally regarding releases etc. Also follow the FALSEHAVEN© fanpage on facebook to keep up with all the updates.

-We are currently a web based company and sell exclusively via our webshop.
If this should change we will most likely make it official.

Refunds & exchanges

We do not accept refunds, if the items tag has been ripped off.
If your purchase did not live up to your expectaions or you purchased the wrong size, you may exchange it within 14 days from the day you received your purchase. If the product in any way looks used or the tag has been torn off, we will ship the item back to you with no refund.
All FALSEHAVEN© products are carefully inspected before they are packed to ensure no faulty products.
Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase.

NOTE: that we supply free shipping if following:
We accidently sent you the wrong size/order and/or if you wish to exchange it to a diffrent size.

Orders dispatched to the wrong address due to customer error will be charged additional shipping. Any orders returned to us due to non delivery will be charged additional shipping charge.

We do NOT supply free shipping if you want a full moneyback refund.
For a full moneyback refund please include a note in the package when you send it to us with your reference number included and e-mail.
